Sibelco Europe lecture at the Institute for Corrosion Protection Dresden
"Blasting abrasive for surface preparation"
During a seminar about abrasives held by the IKS in Dresden, subjects around expendable and recycable abrasives were adressed
such as production, evaluation and applications by several producers.
Also testing methods were presented by the IKS and regulations for waste disposal by Remondis.
Ute van der Mijl of Sibelco Europe presented among other things the results of abrasive tests of different abrasives that were made by the IKS
and gave an assessment about the future of expandable abrasives.
Further a working group was established to exchange experiences around abrasives in the future.
Altogether it was a very good and informative seminar, we will keep you updated.
